To sum most of it up in as few words as possible. Drag Reduction System

DRS turns a part of your rear wing from / to - making it faster
DRS can only be used in DRS zones (usually on straights)
During the race you need to be within 1 second of the car in front of you to use DRS.
You can't use DRS on the first 2 laps.
