Any Tips on Farming Poison Powder for Venomous Brew for Lasting Skill Storyline?

So to finish the storyline I need a +10 Venomous Brew and that looks like it requires an insane number of Poison Powders. ATM I am farming the Boss of the Sewers and my 4 Familiars are farming 1st Stage of Sewers but it still feels like it takes a long time. Are there any other tips or is this just one massive long grind?

Just leave the computer on overnight, + "rare charm, astro robe, levitation, time contraction"
Level 10 generally farms quickly; I completed this quest in about an hour or so. Overall, these are low-level ingredients, and the one that needs farming will accumulate fairly quickly.

You need only space + mind synchro and levitation + time contraction spell.
Astro robe + rare charm they upgrade your item drop chance to get stuff, but venom powder have 100% chance to drop it.

it took me about 6 standard time warps

I farmed one of the sewer bosses (2@100%?). Strategy: go for boss.
Familiars were set for poison spider (best non boss mob for poison powder)
