Suggestions
Hello there! First of all, this is the Idler I like the most. "Best" is subjective but it certainly is masterfully done. Suggestions mostly play into the narrative "the current state is insufficient" - so put that into perspective

Steam
o) Make a pinned suggestions thread
o) Make a pinned bug report thread

Quality of Life
o) Familiar Screen: Add description of familiar skills (Like psion cobra leeching mana). Also add it to the familiar item
o) Add Level in () at which a location is safe to explore by a familiar
o) Add customizable cap for wizard transmutions. You do not need more then 100k prisms for example.
o) Transmution screen: Add transmute X items. Type in a number of how many you want to order your wizards to transmute. Idle wizards will be assigned and un-assiged to these.
o) Transmutation screen: Add hotkeys for set to sale, set to combine. For example ALT and CTRL. Also being able to combine from the transmution screen.
o) Being able to hide items and toggle view hidden items box - Most items become junk with time.
o) Inventory Screen: If combine toggled, use items in the pouch as well, beginning with the lowest level. Just as equipment is being taken into consideration while equipped and not being unequipped for combining.
o) Add a combat log in which you can read how the combat went. Checking, how effective certain spells were and so on. Add a button to let that log pop up t o not clutter the regular log. That might help at familiars feeling less pointless - I have the impression, they don't really matter
o) Color text for certain messages: Log: Run away messages in red, advance to next floor, familiar level up and boss defeated green.
o) Transmution: An option for wizards to also "transmute materials and item"
o) Compendium: Bestiary: Add entries for floors - the same info as in the exploration screen. Also: collapse those to hide all enemies within them, so that you can unclutter the list a bit. If you need to check one of the later entries you have to scroll so far...
o) When entering a pilgrimage, you can only cast spells of that element. Automatically pause all other spells. Right now, they still subtract from you mana.

The steam forum isn't that active, and its discord where most of the action is. And some of those suggestions are already in. A familiar screen is coming.
for exploring for a familiar, it does say if an area is dangerous or not.

While familiar's do seem fairly pointless, at least for a while, once you got death levelled up, and got a hidden class. They become a lot more viable.

This is a no, its been suggested a few times, but the problem is, it can brick your mana regen, especailly if you aren't producing enough to make the mats / prisms / jewels and then the mana to crease it. plus if the item needs extra mats, which uses mana, you may find, you don't have much mana for anything else. In that regard, its better to use the wizard screen, and have a strategy assigned, for example, making study gear. and make sure you got enough wizards, then assign the strategy to make the snake staff, and other stuff. then switch back to your combat setup for combat.

Yes, but it could very well display the level requirement instead of the dangerous message

Oh I see what you mean now, yes, that would be useful, on the other hand, again, once you get farther into the game, familiars do level faster. So it becomes less of a wait to see them climb levels and be a bit more useful.
