Best way to farm mithril/can you transmute it?

Does anybody know how I can farm mithril quickly for the Exclusive Lesson questline? ATM I have earth at 42 and can't transmute it (if you can even transmute it at all)..

Exclusive Lesson asks for the mythril equipment, isn't it? The mobs at school grounds drop all of them, if you can handle farming there. If not, castle on the bridge is probably fastest. The mobs there have the highest drop rates for mythril ore, and the boss will 100% drop a mythril ingot. You can check all this info ingame, btw, in the compendium.
