Report a translation problem
Water+Mind(+Earth) gives you more Mana, which is helpful earlier on, later you won't need it.
Earth+Fire and Fire+Mind gives you Accuracy, Damage and Armor, which I found useful for pushing bosses where it was close.
Space+Earth gives you more transformation levels, which is obviously really useful when you craft, but only useful when you craft.
Space+Mind gives you more dropped items, which can help grinding Magic Salt and Fairyleaf for the Thundering Whip and Pyjama (two of the most powerful items when leveled).
Then there is Mind+Time(+Wind) for more Time Warp Event Power and Time Contraction, for when you leave the game running overnight and want to push studying.
And lastly there is Mind+Electric for space attack spell power, +Time+Space for lower cooldowns, especially helpful for lategame bosses in certain challenges where the thunderwhip doesn't work.
Also Holy+Space gives you general explicit damage reduction, which might come in handy at bosses who spam holy attacks, where armor doesn't work.
These are pretty much my setups, mostly I just set up the 2x3 checkerboard of the main combo I want, and then add three whatevers below.
i only have 22 hours in the game so far, i only just unlocked poison

It nets you lots of monsterium, money and channel, which are probably going to be your three big resource bottlenecks early on.
There is the downside of -10% air and earth power, but if you look at the numbers, 10% is very little overall.

Main benefits:
+ 1200 max mana
+ 10% mana production
+ 174% production (+ 700% sewage consumption)
+ 15% channelling efficiency
1: I call this one dropping heads
Row 1: Space, Mind, Space
Row 2: Mind, Space, Mind
Row 3: Fire, Earth, Fire
The main benefit to this one is each kill is worth +7 items.
2: transmute
Row 1: Earth, Space, Earth
Row 2: Space, Earth, Space
Row 3: Mind, Water, Mind
+7 to all transmuted elements, once you have the combine storyline this single synchro will dramatically impact your production. You'll have +15's with this no problem if you also use the transmute spell and ritual
3: Big Bang Attack
Row 1: Electric, Space, Time
Row 2: Space, Electric, Life
Row 3: Electric, Space, Time
+41% space attack spell power, this is how you get big bang attack to 1 shot most enemies in the game, and even the biggest bad will go down rather quickly
As for end game items:
Cosmic Wand,
Robes of Death,
Synergizer,
Mask of Sly
Get those to as high as you can, +15 wand, robe and synergizer will kill everything in the game if you have enough holy boost.
