Technotitan wall
I was stuck for a long time at the Technotitan before finally being able to make it past him by spending an ungodly amount of time building up a dodge set. And I don't mean just crafting the dodge items, I mean Shadow Blade, Ninja Armor, and Cloak of Darkness at +4 or greater, and a maximum possible lamp devoted to dodge. Even then it still required careful soak management. And I did try everything else I could think of, at least in terms of a single set of gear/spells option.

So after beating him the first time I got to see the compendium entry which implied switching sets. So on my next run I tried building up a more reasonable dodge and defense set and repeating... and nothing. I'm unable to generate enough defense to survive his slasher stage, not even counting the fact that my insane dodge set wasn't able to fully mitigate his blaster stage. The only other idea I have to possible avoid this being a pure luck dodge fight is to reincarnate as Earth and use the strongest defense pet I can get on the slasher stage then swap to lead on the blaster stage, but honestly I'm so disgusted with all the time spent on this boss that I'd lose my mind trying that.

What I ended up doing was Red Conflagration, Gold Armor, and Golden Shield (Slasher)/ Collar of Power(Stage 2). At that point I had like 4.4k attack?

Never tried to play dodge or melee style, hmm... Killed him easily with armor + lots of manareg and permacast heals, stoneskin, potions etc. Few soaks on firestorm. Just armor+ casting dps check imho. Maybe you came at him too early without necessary retirements. Try to be heavy armored mage :steamhappy:

Hmm, i had no problems with that boss and killed him from first try without any preparations or reading about him on forums.

Used mind character with Golden Armor +1, Golden Staff +1 and Cloak of Darkness +3. Potions of evasion and accuracy on +5, others +2. During fight had 500 defense (all boosts in defense).

In his first form Slasher i managed crowd controll efects: manually using Guard, Knokout to stun and Petrification to win more time and regenerate (used only once). In second form Blaster he uses FIRE to attack, so i soaked myself wet and his dmg was nowhere to be found. Pet Goblin Doctor for extra heals.

Main dmg source is Psychic Slam at 1300 dmg per 6 sec. Cripple power of enemy by auto using spells: Sear (reduce armor), Twister (airborn makes him lose 20 accuracy) and Frost-Absolute combo (slows and sometimes freezes to stall for time).

It took a while but i never really dropped below 50% HP and he was actually WEAKER than normal monster Behemoth or flying Drone who manage to kill me sometimes (same build).

...

Maybe you did bad is some other departments, like haven't finished some hidden quests. I believe it will be much easier after you get double primary elements, but even with just 1 it is absolutely doable.
