Vampiric Ingot?

Where can I find vampiric ingots? It seems like there is not item list for MR2 and the one for MR1 does not have it.
I am at the point where grinding time is an issue, so I do not want to 'waste' research on the wrong (non-primary) magic schools

non primary schools is actually important to research in order to progress, as much as it sucks. anyhow, vampirric ore is found in the Aberrant realm, and can be made into ingots with enough Fire Study, You can also transmute the ore needed to make the ingots with enough Earth study.

All Ores can be made through Earth and all Bars can be made through fire.
They're primarily from the Abbarrent realm though.
