Secondly, that is NOT what I am suggestion. Your 'solution', hides ALL common random events, but only just that. It HIDES them. They still trigger, they take up an event slot, they still do nothing.
No, I want the event to not even be allowed to trigger, period, if your Element Level is maxed. Not just hide the notification of the event, but out right remove it from being triggered and removed from the list of allowed events triggered and taking up event slots that main story events should be using instead.
THAT is my suggestion.
