Almighty Cube does not spawn

I've been putting off doing the almighty cube quest line for a while now, and as soon as I try to fly over to the cube, it does not spawn, alongside the minions and ringleader. I have attempted the basic troubleshooting methods (reloading save, reloading game, reboot PC, etc), but I am just getting 0 luck with it loading. Any way I can fix this or should I wait for a patch?

You're not supposed to go directly to the cube. Approach the area in a ground vehicle, and the marker actually makes you encounter an NPC who tells you about the cube and how he got scammed. After talking to him then the marker changes to the main target. If you try to skip the NPC nothing else will behave correctly.

@WoogieMonsutā I guess I should have previously mentioned this, I have did the first half long ago, however they won't load, I guess I might need to bring in my old bertha tech...
