Hawkeye starter mission not appearing

I've tried everything everyone has said on forums all over the place, I'm currently lvl 5 GSO, 3 GEO, and max Venture. I do missions right when I get them, clear out as many enemies as I can, I've driven all over to different trade outposts, etc.

I think you're more likely to been seen by the devs if you reply to one of those, to help prompt them.

There's nothing I can say that other people haven't already, I've done everything everyone has said worked for them, and none of them work! Is my game just broken and I have to restart completely for it to work? If so, that's total BS.

I fixed it! I just had to revisit many trade outposts and purge every mission possible.
