This is what I have so far...

there are 6 total alloys (got that info from one of the devs)
So far I have been able to make all 6 of them in the R & D Chamber
They are made by placing one of the 3 crystal types (after refining shards) into a 2 slot refinery
They are as follows

1.) Celestian Crystal + Pumblite ingot = Pennial ingot
2.) Erudite Crystal + Plumbite ingot = Basonia Ingot
3. ) Ignite Crystal + Plumbite Ingot = Funderia Ingot
4.) Oleus Capsule + Plumbite Ingot = Thermia Ingot
5.) Rodius Capsule (minned from desert rocks with blue gysers) + Plumbite ore = Fulmenia Ingot
6.) Titainia ingot + Plumbite ingot = Terreria Ingot

I also have these recipies for items so far...

NOTE: I got really frustrated until it was brought to my attention by another poster that you have to keep shooting the blocks to get the resources for the rodius and titainia capsules

Many of the old recepies are similar with only slight modifications, or none at all I simply didn't bring them over to this thread My primary question to you guys is if you have made the other 2 alloys I would appreciate it if you shared ^^. I can also edit this thread to update the discovered recepies. Note ( the devs have stated ALL GSO blocks Including the GSO Base modules should be craftable)

Just figured out a SUPER easy way to learn recipies once you understand how the alloys are made lol... go in the R & D lab and chuck the block your trying to craft in the scrapper ^^ it tells you what you need to construct it.

sadly atm though when I used the above trick for the shield generator I got nothing, as well as with a few other blocks im really sleepy ill look into it farther tomorrow.

I meant the GSO Block Dispenser. The ones that look like the top part of pillars with blocks(the ones protected by guardians)

Surely they will be useless for you, since they were made only for this purpose: holding Guarded/challenge/R&D blocks, and, as far as I know, they can't be crafted. ;)

Useless? Maybe. But certainly a good choice when you need it as cosmetic runway lights.

oh sorry I was on my way out at that time and just saw battery. The charger is only in the R&D at the moment. The battery recipe is in the game is what I ment. From what has been said by the Devs I exect it will be in in the next update. Sorry for the confusion.
