The Terra Tech scam on the Epic Store

Why does everything the Epic Store touch always smell like poop?.
Playload Studio scammed and robbed hundreds of people with its DLC on the Epic Store. People paid for the DLCs and they didn't work and still don't work. Thus stealing people's money for a product that does not work. They took advantage of this thanks to the fact that there are no comment boxes and there is no place to make the demand. A few days ago I contacted one of the devs. But his answer was as empty as Venezuelan casserole. They have not responded and have done absolutely nothing to fix the problem. There is a group of people preparing a lawsuit against Playload Studio for the fraud they committed in the Epic Store. Buy something at Epic for anything in the world. Now I understand why Steam members make fun of the Epic Store. Still, I leave this as a reference so that you don't support them in their next game, since they did scam many people on the Epic Store. They can easily do the same on this platform. Luckily we have a voice on this platform.

First of all, may I please attempt to reassure you that this is not a scam. And secondly, may I apologise for not providing a more timely update on our progress to fix this issue with DLC not working for playings playing TerraTech via the Epic Games Store.

We now have the information required in order to address the issue causing TerraTech DLC to not work as expected and are currently aiming to release an update this week in order to fix this problem. I will post an update here when I have more news on the fix update.

Not the OP but I can confirm that DLC that was missing after purchase on the Epic store in December is now showing in game.

[to avoid confusion, as I own the game on Steam too, I am talking about purchase and launch via Epic]
