creative mode in the survival mode,

Hello Just wanting to ask if it would be possible to add a hot key on the keyboard that opens a menu for all parts in the game while playing the standard survival mode, kinda like what 7D2D has when you press the Z key after turning cheat mode on where it shows every item in the game and you can spawn as much of it as you want.

There is a hotkey that does that, just I dont think anyone but the deelopers know what key/s it is. They used it at Minecon 2015 while I was playing at their booth.

nop its not possible. its not even possible to not getting attacked and build ur stuff in normal mode. if u want to have a creative mode then buy the dlc. its jsut fine to pay 10 euros for maybe most basic functions, whcih theysaid will add later.

(This DLC-politics pisses me mroe off then it would be jsut for parts) I got the dlc jsut because i had to to mess arround in creativ.
I really like the devs and think they doing a great job but this dlc is really the worst one i ever seen and i hate the way they implemetend it.(ofc maybe jsut wrond design decission or something)

with the DLC I can build yes but I can't explore or attack bots, the DLC your stuck in a small room with ramps and parts only, I was wanting a survival mode with a option to enable me to spawn whatever I wanted while surviving and attacking ai in the infinite generating world.

Again, while the developers wont admit it, there is a hotkey that allows you to do that, but nobody knows what it is. So, it is possible, but I doubt anyone will say what it is. :(

There is no DLC.

You pay an extra couple of buck to support the devs more.
As a bonus, you get the experimental unbalanced blocks that haven't been assigned to a corp yet.

Everyone else gets them sooner or later.

It's early-early access.

I mean technically. Technically it is dlc. But it is in NO way required to enjoy the game to its fullest. Azirahael worded it best the extra R&D mode is a way to funnel a little more money to the devs. If you choose to. But not buying it does not detract from the core game. The devs dont operate that way and they never will.

We've mentioned this elsewhere, but worth a quick mention here too. The R&D Test Chamber was originally created specifically as a Kickstarter reward tier and designed to be non-essential for the main game. We used Steam DLC to be able to deliver it to the KS backers so it could be easily maintained. Then newer players asked if they could buy it too, so we made it available as a separate purchase or upgrade.

As Strilter says, it is in no way essential to play the main game, but is there for people to play around with new blocks as we create them and before they get balanced and make their way into the main game.

still its worst dlc i evern seen in any game. history doesnt count about it.

there is no way to play around with the parts, for example when the new base system cames out, without the PAYDLC. U even made it complicated with researching the recipes and
stuff. PPL with DLC could jsut try it out for others it was "massiv" work to startup n each new part ot get the point u can use the new blocks and stuff, not to mention the frequent enemy spawns running in ur base. ALL that forced me to buy that PAYDLC and thats why i think it is worst DLC i evern seen in any game.

There is no easy way to experiment with parts and stuff in creative mode without the DLC.

my topic was not about who thinks the DLC is good or bad, I was only asking if you own the game and DLC, can we get access to a spawn menu for playing with parts in the random gen world, you guys just derailed the topic.

no this access to parts is exactly that why u want to buy the PAYDLC.
without it u dont have an creativ mode to play around with parts.

im not moaning about early acces to R&D parts.
