Retractable landing gear?
How come the Better Future landing gear says it's retractable, but doesn't retract? Do they need a special control block or something?

They should automatically retract once above a certain altitude, but if they don't, it's a bug.

I can't get them to retract at all. Between that and the drifting, it's a very underwhelming addition.

Maybe you're just not getting high enough... IMO these are more suitable for flying techs.

Perhaps the devs could lower the required height a bit :)

I maxed out the height. Didn't seem to make a difference how high I was.

Are you using hovers? If so, yeah... that's not enough :)

I've just tested the Better Future landing gear and it's all working as intended.

Could you upload the techs to the workshop so we can take a closer look?

well if this continues to not work out for you you could use them as legs for more mech looking techs
