Harvest scrap piles with plasma/laser

The indestructible Nokia 3310 scrap metal piles are pretty annoying. It seems to me that making the BF cyber disk laser the only means of harvesting them is very unrealistic. I propose the junk to be harvestable with most beam-type and plasma-type weapons.

They've already addressed this saying that the BF laser is just a short-term solution while they are preparing an entirely new weapon-damage type which when implemented will also serve as the means for breaking the *ahem* "Nokia 3310 Scrap Piles."
So it sounds like multiple-if-not-all factions will have their own way of being able to work on the piles before you have spent the time grinding up to BF.

Theres a specialized R&D tool for it now, from the final faction you unlock
