How do i unlock Reticule Research.

I'm level 5 GSO and max everything else and i still haven't gotten any mission that gives me the license, is there any other factors or is it just that i down currently own the DLC, any responses will be much obliged.

The "core missions", aka the more roll-play oriented ones/the ones you only play once per campaign/staged missions have a list. The list is mostly based on release date, many "core missions" came before RR so you need to complete a TON of core missions, this includes things like the RR hover training missions as these missions force themselves to be on the trading station and the station only displays a limited # of missions so they all fight over a location to generate AND be shown on the station's mission board.

Complete most of the "core missions" like HE black OPs and RR hover training and RR should pop up.

I always work on maxing out my current license before getting a new one, and so far every playthrough I've always gotten In Search of Science after I reach GSO Level 5. it doesn't seem to have anything to do with completing story missions.

If I know right, new factions are unlocked by getting levels in GSO. so complete missions to unlock the factions
