How or where can i get the mobile black-hole, the device to suck blocks into my inventory without the need to anchor it first (i already have that one) ?

I think i'm level 5/3/3/2 or maybe 5/3/2/2.

this block is from venture company so maybye you need level it up, making quests with chest to find is good idea too but this must be venture quest
