games like TerraTech?

I really enjoy building games, I've had my fill of terratech for the moment, anyone got any recommendations for more building game?

already own/tried:
Space Engineers (love it)
From the Depths (Adore it!)
Empyrion (love it)
Avorion (o..k..)

Planet Nomads
is similar to SE and Empyrion, but doesnt have space yet. though i think its still planned.

if you want fiddly kinds of games about on the same level as those but with a different flavor try
Reassembly
its fiddly enough to entertain, but chilled out.

if you want really fiddly, more on the level of FtD, try out
Factorio
its got whole fields filled with complexity rabbit holes.

If you liked the engineerish aspects of FtD the first person of Space Engineers, and don't mind early access, you might look at Stationeer. It's early and doesn't have very much 'action', but it's an interesting builder with a nice systems simulation built in.

Apart from above excellent suggestions, I believe Airships Conquer the Skies captures the same vibe.
