If so, then as far as I'm concerned, you may have managed to rotate your entire previous Tech 90 degrees forwards (by attaching the cab rotated 90 degrees backwards), making the Tech's actual "down" direction be backwards, while big wheels can only face downwards.
(I don't know for certain if this is a possible problem... but it's the only one that I can think of.)
(Note: In some earlier versions of TerraTech, such wheels could be rotated to any orientation just fine. While it may help with ease of building standard Techs, I would personally prefer being able to rotate any block to any orientation (provided that at least one attachment point of the block connects to another attachment point, of course), regardless of whether or not it makes sense in real life.)
