This is nice and all, but I'm pretty sure everyone wants the Stable Build movement style back.

MadmanEpic, the stable build was made with Unity 4 and PhysX 2.8.3 which does not support multiple cores and is significantly less optimal that the physics simulations in Unity 5, the "unstable" builds are made with Unity 5 and PhysX 3.3 which reduces the minimum specification relative to the Unity 4 builds and supports significantly more concurrent rigbodies per scene (allowing more breakables and interactive objects etc.) . The forces and parameters that define the specific quality of movement of characters are provisional and continue to be are iteratively modified with each release.

mrcraggle, the music works without issue in testing on the system we test with, please can you modify the "master" and "volume" settings in the audio menu and test if this restores the music on your system.

Irritated Ninja , the 0.2.5a bug fix build has a fix for the issue that made the "incinerator" stage not selectable in the previous build, the modified "incinerator" with the suspended ducting, pipers, and viewing platform is still being worked on and will replace the current "incinerator" stage in a coming build.

DarkChuzo, Col. Popcorn, the audio fix in the 0.2.5a build repairs an issue that failed to modify the master, interface, vocal, physics, and ambiance volumes when set from the audio menu, if the music / audio sounds harsh it could be that your music or master volume is set to 100%.

But whats up with the shadow problem?

Did some testing, it definitely seems like there is a problem with 100%. It just cranks up the bass super loud and just sound bit crushed but it's not a problem at 90% or below. There does seem to be an initial sound blast when beginning the level even when the master volume in set to 0%. I can record a video if you'd like.

Sound at 100% is very low quality and loud
Sound at 90% is normal
Sound at 80% sound effects are quiet and there is no music
No sound below 60%

Irritated Ninja, the only stage that has modified lighting in the 0.2.5a stage is the "incinerator" stage, please check the settings in the graphics menu if you are not seeing shadows, if the issue your seeing is not missing shadows, please send us a screen capture so we can identify the issue.

Popcorn, thank you for the feedback, we think we have identified the issue (it relates to some legacy audio functions that were not removed in this build), I have logged the issue and we should have a fix in the next few days, please set your game volume levels to 90% in the interim if that works as expected on system.
