Windows PC wired controller not working in game

Hi,
The gamepads are I am using are recognised by windows Control Panel but does not register in the game? Please help! I have specially bought these extra gamepads just to play gang beasts and neither of them work (different USB gamepad models)

I actually worked with the guy that makes InControl (a library helping Gang Beasts with managing the gamepads) to add support for Genius MaxFire Blaze 5. It is done and should be in the game in the near future.

I have the same problem !! They work fine in Windows and with other games!! Hopefully they fix that in the next update!! I bought 6 Controllers...

are you using any input mapping or routing software that could be hijacking the input from your controllers?

For reference it is not currently possible to play with multiple players on the same keyboard in the Early Access builds (which use a different input framework to the pre-alpha builds). We are working to add support and a GUI for custom input mappings and support for multiple players to play on the same keyboard (we don't suggest playing with multiple players on the same keyboard unless you have an anti-ghosting keyboard or similar hardware as the key ghosting limitations of most keyboards will cause some key press to not register).

for some reason the f310 is not working on my mac, i have tried unplugging it, switching the switch and plugging it back in but it still doesn't work. I am using version alpha 0.1.5a

All you need to do is
Step 1: Open control panel
Step 2: Open system and security
Step 3: Go where it says system
Step 4: Open device manager
Step 5: If its Xbox controller go to Microsoft Common Controller if PlayStation then go to Sony Common Controller.
Step 6: Right click on where it says Xbox Controller or PlayStation Controller
Step 7: Click on Update Software Controller
Step 8: Do browse my computer then keep clicking next till your finished
Step 9: Open Gang Beast and Have Fun

Well then... I guess I will be returning the game rather buying another controller only to play... I have already 4 game pads and none of them is Xbox controller cause why should be when I am playing on pc...
