Game modes ideas
I have been watching some videos on Youtube and stumbled upon a channel where some guys had great ideas for new modes and they seem to work nicelly. The following is an example. It's the "Don't Lose Your Head Challenge": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SFU3O3fHHY

Another one that I tried myself with a friend and works like a charm is what we like to call the "Buried Alive Challenge". We basically spawn a dumbster and shut it, the objective is to open it and throw the oponent inside and close it. The oponent must be downed and the dumpster must be closed with the oponent inside in order to win, the oponent can still escape while inside.

These "Game modes" many YouTubers played are just little challenges they set up for their own entartainement just for fun, they're pretty simple and weird in a standard gaming logic (having to carry someone inside an elevator or grabbing as many boxes from a conveyor belt don't seem to be very "suiting" as a game mode on its own...); the devs will add a lot more modes (ACTUAL game modes and not player-made challenges) to play in the future, they confirmed some new ones coming in the next update (31 of this month):
- a "Smash the vehicle" game mode where you'll have to cooperate and destroy a car as fast as you can
- a "Hordes" game mode where there will be a lot of enemy A.I. spawning from certain points of the map and you'll have to stay alive until a certain amount ofthem are defeated/ a certain amount of time passes
- a "Race" game mode where you'll have to go from a point of a long road-shaped map (like an obstacle course) before the other players
They'll also add a Sandbox stage where you can have fun with the objects around you and have an infinite amount of lives, you don't have to kill each other but only play around (of course nobody can stop you from having a fight in the Sandbox stage too if you want too...), they want to have many of these not-fighting stages filled with objects and "toys" in the final game

The devs also spoke of other game modes that will get added in future updates (but not in the 31th March update), said modes are:
- "Team battles"
- "Boss battles" (one player is a Boss character and all the others are standard characters, the standard characters have to cooperate and defeat the Boss before it does the same thing on them)
- "Boss VS Boss battle" (just like a standard battle with the only difference being that everybody uses a Boss character)
- "Stomp on the hat" (you have to make other player's hat fall from the characters' head and stomp on them once on the ground to score; I don't know how it will work with costumes that apply to the entire body or characters dressed without a hat, maybe you are forced to wear one to play...)
- "King of the hill" (there's an area of the map that gives you points if you stay in it, you have to push the other players away from it and avoidmaking them get points; the player with more points wins when the time runs out
- A full lenght "Story mode" (both single player and COOP, up to 4 people) that connects all of the game's stages using sections whare you'll have to complete a course and defeat the enemies in it; it will have a lot of Boss and Mini-Boss battles in it
