I dunno how to pllay split screen or at least two players on the screen but i watched a vid and they were split screen

op this game is local shared screen multiplayer, not split screen (in online you get your own screen)

just choose local or whatever its called in the main menu, its right there. make sure everyone has rebinded their controls in the input settings before starting matches
