Controller not working in-game - SOLVED
My controller works in any other game but not inside of gang beasts. I'm using a Dualshock 3 with some third-party software. I think it's kinda weird, cause it works in every other game I've tried.

Sorry for bad English

SCP driver perhaps? Go into the gang beasts input settings and toggle the xinput setting and close and open the game, that fixed it for me :)

I tried, but it didnt work. The controller didnt respond, and when i went back into input settings x-input was off

:/ Reinstall SCP? Go into steam big picture and enable 3rd party controllers in settings?

Also DS4 Windows, works specifically for the PS4 controller

Or alternatively, as I've said before, turn off configuration support on the DS4 in the controller settings on the context menu in your library for gang beasts, which should fix it...

Correct :) Just do both and see which works, this is generally the issue for most people, this also works if your buttons are double pressing :)

It just annoys me when everyone suggests SCP tools or DS4W without suggesting the easier, no 3rd party programs option first

There is no way to use a ps3 controller on windows without SCP, try it before you shun others.

Oh no we're both right but mainly I'm wrong. I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ illiterate and read dual shock but not 3 so I assumed a DS4. Bye I'm leaving now.

I have one of my controllers working perfectly fine but as soon as I try to connect my Nintendo pro controller, it doesn't work. Is it something to do with Nintendo software or something else entirely?
