Game Capped at 30 FPS

Any way to cap it to 60? or remove cap completely no matter what I do won't go above 30 fps its annoying for control inputs

The game should not be capped at 30fps, so there definetely is something weird going on

If you have an AMD or Nvidia GPU, the software that comes available with the cards may be causing the game to cap itself at 30fps

If you are using an Nvidia GPU - Look at this picture for reference http://imgur.com/a/aKo4c Open up the Nvidia control panel, open up the Gang Beasts program settings, and select off for vertical sync (vsync). Hopefully this works
