Server is very laggy

Every server that I join is SUPER laggy. If I play just a singleplayer world I have no lag (I have a beast of a computer and wifi). I don't know why it lags so much. I haven't even been able to play the game once. If anyone knows a fix or a reason why please let me know.

If you're only getting the lag in online games, that probably points to it either being a network issue, or an issue with that particular server. A few other users have commented that they've been experiencing the same thing, so I'm led to believe that a few of the servers are having performance issues.

What kind of lag are you getting? Is the framerate smooth, but network objects jittery?

Are you joining via quickjoin or through the browser? If you're joining through the browser, could you post the names of the servers that you''re having problems with?

All the servers are giving me low framerate, & lag. I used to be able to play in SE server ard 10 ping, now they goes up to 100+ ping with low framerates...

When I play the game is very choppy and slow. I joint through the browser and I dont know the names, I just pick a random one.

we have tried quickjoin and browser but every game we join it seems like we are playing at .5 fps, while steam overlay is saying we have over 100 fps, seems to be a server sided issue happening to all of my friends and we are not all using the same ISP so its probably your ISP

its laggy on certain servers, trucks, blimp and whenever theres more then 6 players for me

same issue for me, any server i join is super choppy and basically unplayable. the game seems really fun but i just cant get a real game going without the said issue(s)
