An RTS/RPG in the vein of DoW2 would be $$$. But first, you'd need to find a competent developer.
If there is going to be a Dawn of War 4, I really hope it is a different developer/studio who is given the chance to work on it.
This.
As a CoH fan, the studio is probably either going to be shuttered or merged into a larger one. There's no other option that I see as viable now. DoW3 was their one allowed huge failure, and CoH3 needed to succeed... which, in the short run it probably made money on the initial pre-orders and launch-week purchases, but in the long-run it's not worth further development.
If a DoW4 is made, it's likely going to be by another studio, so, again, agree with the quote there. I see almost no chance Relic works on either CoH or DoW IPs again.
At least not by relic.
