I highly doubt angelo's and macha would have an relation ship that doesnt involve shooting eatchother.
To macha angelo's is the mon-keigh that release the demon she lost so many kin too in order prevent it from escaping and indirectly responsible for everything the demon has done.
Also he is a mon-keigh.
I doubt she even remembers him.

As for angelo's.
He is fanaticly loyal to the emperor.
While he is willing to work with the eldar to stop chaos.
That is because chaos>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>xeno everytime.
