Crash on launch

Hi, the game files were downloaded on another PC, transferred the files onto this PC from a hard drive. Used the 'RelicDoW3.exe' launcher in the game folder to initialize, then validated the local files to bridge/repair. Game crashes on launch. What have I missed?

Info: It's on a SSD. It was pre-ordered and hasn't been touched since it came out because I've had no internet.

You will probablyy need to just delete those files (make copies of things like your saved games) and reinstall through Steam. Just copying the files over from another computer isn't going to cut it.

Damnit! I can't do that as I have no internet atm and can't go through 30gigs on my phone or it will cost me hundreds of $

I don't care about rewards or anything I just wanted to play it offline until my internet is hooked up next week. I'll just have to wait then.

Welp. I've got internet set up and I've downloaded the game again. Still getting the crashes on launch. This is really annoying and disappointing
