Halo Wars 2 Vs Dawn of War 3

I'm thinking Halo Wars 2 is probably the better game, but simply because Spartans are much stronger than Space Marines.

Spartans are taller, in some cases 12 ft tall. Space Marines are 8ft in armour.

Spartans can have lasers instead of lascannons which Space Marines have to mount on tanks because they aren't strong enough to lift them for any period of time

Spartans can save the universe, and have done multiple times, where as Space Marines are scared of the eye of terror and don't bother solving the issue.

Spartans saved Earth several times, yet even the emperor and the primarchs (these guys are close to been as strong as spartans) couldn't save earth from chaos.

I've still preordered Dawn Of War 3 though, because it looks like a great game, blending various aspects of the last 2 games.

As much I like Halo, in a 1 vs 1 fight, the odds would be in favor of the Space Marine. They simply have better implants and genetic modifications (along with extra organs - so shooting a marine in the heart, for example, won't put it out of the fight, since they have ANOTHER heart to compensate). The average Space Marine is a nigh immortal transhumans who will not die of old age (the oldest Space Marines are several millenia old) and has, ate the very least, a cenury of combat experience. The Spartans (referring to the Spartan II's - of which John 117 is a part of) are very much superhuman, but it would be necessary a fireteam of spartans to take down a single space marine (assuming it's a regular marine, not a sergeant, or a captain or a psyker).

Halo Wars 2 is a pretty fun game, though. I played the demo and I loved it. However, I'm still playing Dawn of War 3 at release. I've enjoyed most things I saw about DoW III so far.

I disagree, the spartan implants are better, plus they dont put a man's sperm inside them to make them better

Kind of have to give the Halo Spartans credit for also not being fanatically indoctrinated and thus pretty mentally inflexible in certain situations.
