early game I rush up 3 squads of dire avengers, I get dotctrines to buff them i.e improved shields and grenades and that ensures you can win a 1v1 encounter over a main point (also avengers have some of the ebst early dps so abuse that just keep on top of the heating). Another thing to consider is warping in a frontline warrior portal to build your desired army and to act as a fallback point, early banshees are great ealry but never neglect rangers and the doctriens that can be combined with them.
the rest of the match is situational, just ensure you keep your army and base mobile, warpgates are amazing and can help you hit and run.
the vehicles for eldar I feel are more situational. skirmishers and anti vehicles pick vypers over the others, you can fire and move with vypers so you can snipe rescource points or enemy vehicles from behind lines. just be aweare of thier health.
I usually use falcons in conjunction with banshees to steal a point or drop is on an enemy blob to mess formation. fire prisms are just ranged fire support, try not to spam them theres little point one or two is enough.
