Sorry for the late reply. I did, I am checking it right now.
I loaded up your save file, and it plays just fine for me. I went about 36 turns with no crashing.
Try verifying your game cache. And email me the log file if it crashes again.

If you start a new save game, does it still crash? If yes, double check your antivirus software, and the above verification. If no, zip up, and email me the 00 folder in the GearCity/Sites/ folder.
Yup, this issue was fixed for v1.25.0.9's update. Which should come out next week if I don't run into any issues.
So I have multiple examples of Production numbers on that report appearing in the following Format :-
Production of 17 Units is showing as :- 17.,922,312
Sending save game
Have you tried zipping the save game? If you have a google or hotmail/outlook you can upload it to their cloud services. Otherwise let me know, and I'll point you to a place you can upload it to.
