Demo Feedback

Loved the game, pixel atmosphere is amazing. Gameplay is not overwhelming and easy. Doors having icons in map is good for tracking. Sometimes attack upwards to reach places are pain but manageable. Loved the music and sounds too. My only complaint is when I tried to quit game it gone full black screen. The only way I could get my pc's control back was ctrl+alt+del. I could only close the game by ending Godot Engine task from task manager....

Love the graphics, gorgeos pixel art, reminds me of Celeste. Solid character controls, platforming feels right. Things to improve: - Better keyboard support. Re-bindable keys, obviously, but also menu controls: it's very awkward to press Enter for confirmation, for example, Space would be a better key for it and both would be best. WASD + JK is fine, but i would recommend also adding Arrows + ZX as suported by default. WASD + Mouse for aiming and Left Click would be a good choice too. - "Hold to con...

Review and Bug(?) Notes

I absolutely loved this demo. This is now my most hyped upcoming Metroidvania alongside Timespinners 2. It has that beautiful art and the utilization of "enemies" as platforms that Ori and the Blind Forest had. Nothing but positive thoughts about the dash mechanic, the reflective water for secret hunting, and the setting/enemy designs thus far. I didn't love not having a more forgiving jump this early in the game. I got stuck at one segment for at least a few minutes which killed the pace because I needed...
