Looks interesting, but needs a demo.

I'd love a demo of the game. I don't want to throw away money if it's not to my liking. I have no idea about what this is about.

It's literally free on Apple Arcade (for like, $4 or $7). Try that version then. There may even be a month free trial of Apple Arcade.
Also, trailers exist. YouTube gameplay exists. There are ways to watch even the first 10 minutes of the Apple Arcade version on YouTube to see if you're into it.

Square Enix have generally been good about demos, so that there isn't one for this is surprising.

I am a self respecting PC gamer and don't use Apple's overpriced junk.

Yea i mean they even had a demo for Visions of Mana.

Update; so apparently there IS a demo. On Nintendo Switch.
Checked the eShop yesterday and sure enough, FANTASIAN Neo Dimension has a free demo.
There's no demo on PS5/4, Xbox Series X|S, or Steam.
