I understand that you're unable to launch the Star Wars Outlaws demo. Please note that there is no CD key required, as the license is automatically activated on your Ubisoft account.
To resolve the issue, try clearing the cache [ubi.li]and reinstalling[ubi.li] the Ubisoft Connect launcher.
Regarding the missing "Store" tab - this can happen if you own your Ubisoft games through platforms like Steam, Epic Games, or other third-party retailers.
To make the "Store" tab appear in Ubisoft Connect, please download one of our free games (including the Star Wars Outlaws demo) from the Free Ubisoft games [ubi.li]website.
After downloading, restart the Ubisoft Connect launcher, and the "Store" tab should become visible.
