DirectX Errors

I can't get past the DirectX installation. Keeps saying I have all so many DLL files missing in the game.
(Version.dll, DStorage.Dll, DINPUT8.DLL, Bcrypt.dll, dbghelp.dll)
I've verified the game files, reinstalled multiple times and run every troubleshooting program and virus program I can think of.
All of my other games work fine.
I can't find any solution. I've even reverted back to a previous graphic driver version and did a clean install but this game will not get past the DirectX installation....

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to completely install the game. If you are using an antivirus, please temporarily uninstall it. Additionally, please temporarily disable the Windows firewall.

Then, go to the game folder and check the "Tools" folder and install all the files from there. If this folder is missing, please completely reinstall the game.
