Sometimes my game would crash when I fast travel from point to point the game otherwise runs well

Please start with all the steps from our PC troubleshooting guide:

Make sure you update not only your graphics card drivers but also check for ALL available updates to your motherboard on the manufacturer's website.

Disconnect any additional USB devices, other than mouse and keyboard for testing purposes (any USB hubs, headsets etc).

Disable ALL 3rd party, unnecessary applications running in the background, especially 3rd party overlays like GeForce Experience (Nvidia App), Overwolf and Discord but also if you are running a VPN client (even if not connected), close it and kill its process.

Do you overclock or undervolt your GPU or CPU? If yes, please reset the voltage to default settings for a test.
