I'm 34 Hours In And I Think "The Truth" Quest Is Bugged.

I really don't want to restart my progress. My first playthrough has me sitting at 34 hours and it looks like the main quest "The Truth" is bugged. Quest marker won't show up on the compass nor is anyone at the quest itself.

I got the same bug. Went to do some other quests and now that I go to continue the main quest "The Truth" no one is at the clearing and I cannot continue the game.

Yup, I actually experience this issue myself as well.
I didn't talk to Riko near Lake Amari at the start of the quest, and she wasn't there when I returned.

What I did to fix this is I traveled to another planet and back to Akiva, Riko will be there.

I'm facing the same issue, went out of the quest bounds and after the respawn there's no interaction happening at the Hunter's Lodge on Akiva, the location has no NPCs or cutscenes.

Can you please point to the mentioned workaround?

The workaround I meant is just two posts above.
"What I did to fix this is I travelled to another planet and back to Akiva, Riko will be there."

I hope everyone raising this issue here will try it.

If it does not work, and you cannot continue the quest in anyway, please use the game bug reporter to create a ticket.

These reports go to the game team and it helps them decide on priorities:

The workaround fixed it for me!

I had talked to Riko but chose the option to not start the quest and logged off for the evening. Then when re-loading the game today she was gone. A quick fast travel off-planet and back made her re-appear.
