thank you for your attention and help
What about the resolution and graphics detail settings are you using in the game?
Do you also use DLSS, FSR or frame generation?
Keep in mind that with GeForce RTX 3050 you should stick to the low graphics settings as it may cause issues. Recommended is RTX 3060 Ti.

Make sure you have the latest Nvidia drivers installed and please check if your VRAM is not running out when these texture issues occur.
Missing or slowly loading textures can often be a sign you GPU has or is about to run out of VRAM and is using slower RAM memory to compensate it.
I didn't change the default settings, some things were in the middle and others were in the low. However, after turning off DLSS I initially noticed that the bug disappeared. Wouldn't it be worth changing the default settings to DLSS off? One more detail, this game does not support the Graphic Element in the NVIDIA application. Maybe that would help, well just an opinion. Thanks for your attention, I'm going to take some time and tinker with the video settings and check what can be increased or not. Even closer!

I can't see a significant difference. I fixed the problem that was being presented.

Thanks for the video.
Did you install different drivers as well or is it just a combination of settings in the graphics options?
Hey KPbI}I{OBH1K!,
Sorry to hear it.
What graphics settings are you using in the game? (resolution, details, upscaling, frame generation)
What is the driver version you have currently installed?
Did you try to reinstall Nvidia drivers?
Have you checked the GPU Vram usage when this issue occurs?
Lastly, if it keeps happening, please share some screenshots of it, or even a short video.
