Yes. It looks the same for all who bought the Gold or Ultimate Edition.
There is no Season Pass record in library, so it still showing in store as not-bought.
- Seasonpass
- Cartel Ronin Bundle
- Forest commando Pack
- Hunters Legacy
- Ultimate Pack
I'm sorry that this issue has been still ongoing.
We all understand it can confuse owners of Star Wars Outlaws Gold and Ultimate editions, and we are still working on it.
We will update you on any new information on this, as soon as we have anything to share.
Thanks for reply.
Is it so long because right now you work on Assassin’s Creed Shadows?
Also this DLCs is not showing on Ubisoft store as purchased...
it's a UI issue in Steam. I already performed the game. and DLC also was available. and it's shown in their launcher but not in steam
- If you have purchased the Gold/Ultimate edition of the game, rest assured that you will get all the content that was advertised.
- You can only see the Wild Card DLC because the second DLC, "A Pirate's Fortune", has not been released yet, therefore it won't be available until release day.
- If you've purchased the Gold/Ultimate edition of the game, you will have the Season Pass, which already includes the DLCs. In this case, the individual DLC won't be shown as owned on Steam or Ubisoft Connect simply because you own it as part of the Season pass and not individually so what matters is that the Season Pass is showing as owned in Steam.
- You won't be able to access all additional content immediately: you will need to complete some activities in-game before the content becomes available. More info here[ubisoft.com] and here[www.ubisoft.com]
I hope this post helps to clarify some questions. Should you need additional info, feel free to let me know. Thank you.
...Ok so how do I access the art book? Is that also content that will unlock after playing the game more? Even if this content is actually available this answer really just feels like a "trust me", do you have any screenshots or anything that can re-assure us here?
I would much rather see that these pieces of content are owned before going past the 2 hour return time. Clicking the activation on the ultimate edition (in the owned content section under manage) does not provide a key or explanation of any kind just sends me to the steam store front.
Things like this should be easy to verify and we shouldn't have to go out of our way to hopefully find some sort of proof that we have what we bought. I have reached out to Ubisoft support two days ago and got no response at all. I love the small amount of the game I got to play but this is a really apathetic and low effort response.
