I take Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate edition and my Steam says i have only Wild Card DLC
What is it? Ubisoft please fix it...
Hi, no I haven't but to be honest, I should not have to, the problem is, is that I am not sure the ultimate pack is activated. When I go the game I can still buy all the DLC that steam has to offer, so it seems like something has gone wrong there.
I would appriciate some help in this matter
If you go the store inside of the game you can see what dlc you own. I bought the ultimate pack and have everything I should have in the in game store. There is also 1 pack that is not part of any of the editions "forest commando pack" which you can buy there.
So appearently the ultimate edition does get activated but it's not really registered on steam.
@Ubi-Dastan: You guys could make sure that if you buy the ultimate edition that steam marks all the dlc as bought, to make sure people do not double buy stuff.
That's the problem, people are confused and don't understand why when they buy the Ultimate or Gold edition, they don't get what was promised for buying this edition, although in fact they already have it all.
People who pay $100-130 have every right to be unhappy with such glitches, just like everyone else who bought the Gold Edition and the regular edition.
Many may be aware that everything is already inside the game, but you are still unhappy when Steam shows you that you only have 1 DLC out of 3 promised (cosmetic) and no Season Pass.
Thank you all for these messages and bringing this issue to our attention.
Apologies for the situation.
I'm about to raise this issue with the game team, however, I would like to make sure I understand it correctly.
No extra content from the Gold or Ultimate editions shows as owned in your Steam accounts? Is this correct?
So, no Rogue Infiltrator bundle or Sabacc Shark bundle.
No access to the Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card DLC - has anyone got to the point where the DLC should start and was unable to?
No cosmetics bundles from the Season Pass.
@Legion_Pheonix, thanks for your feedback on our support performance.
You linked a screenshot to your support case, but could you post the screenshots from your Steam account library here as well, please? So we can use it in our report?
Yes, i bought Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate Edition and my Steam shows only Wild Card DLC is acquired and offers me to buy the Season Pass, Cartel Ronin Bundle, Hunter's Legacy Bundle, Forest Commando Pack (I still don't get it, but it seems to be included in the Ultimate too) and the Ultimate Pack itself ahahahah
When I go to the store page, it also shows only one purchased DLC Wild Card
This problem confuses both new and old buyers...
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of this, please?
It's not to prove it to me, but to have a confirmation for the internal ticket.
Of course mask any personal information in it, if visible, except for the Steam username.

and if you press buy Ultimate Edition again it shows that :D
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370051309
Also Steam Support page shows only 2 items for Star Wars Outlaws
Ultimate for Ubisoft Connect Activation and Wild Card DLC1
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370054830
I did screenshot from SteamDB site with information of this Ultimate Edition Package it's also shows only one DLC and Ubisoft Activation, No Season Pass, nothing - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370058980
Completely identical situation for Gold Edition:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370061596
So while it doesn't show on Steam as being bought, I can confirm that the in game store tells me I do own the content
And in-game menu Store says yes, you are own that DLCs: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370083470 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3370069865
I hope you didn't miss my post above, with a bunch of screenshots showing that the Gold and Ultimate packages on Steam don't actually display all the items purchased. This is especially clear via the third-party site SteamDB Info.
As for checking the availability of items, unfortunately I pre-ordered Star Wars Outlwas Ultimate Edition when the game came out on August 27, 2024.
And I don't fully understand how it all works, because yesterday I purchased the Steam version with the same edition and all my achievements synced with Steam, but for some reason the game saves remained only in the Ubisoft Connect version.
Since I now have 2 versions of Star Wars Outlaws, I can't guarantee an accurate check, since everything was already purchased 3 months ago.
And by the way, can I just transfer the folder with the saves to the Steam version? It's just very strange that the achievements synced via the cloud, but the game saves did not.
I'll of course include your screenshots.
As for the save files, you need to upload them to the cloud via Ubisoft Connect and they will be available for the Steam version too.
Have a look at this article: Star Wars Outlaws cross-progression information[www.ubisoft.com]
"Star Wars Outlaws supports cross-progression between all platforms.
To access your saved game on another platform, you will need to upload it to the cloud and be logged in with the same Ubisoft account
To upload your save to the cloud:
Open the in-game save menu.
Hover over the save file you would like to upload.
Select "Upload to cloud".
You will then be able to access your saved game on another platform.
Please note that you can only upload one save to the cloud at a time."
