bought the ultimate version, missing dlc in steam

Hey!

I bought the ultimate version and my dlcs are missing. only wild card is showing up in steam (and the ultimate activation key) - thats annoying

how can i or you fix that?

The responses from Ubisoft support are simply astounding. They don't try to solve the problem at all.

They won't help. Ubisoft support just runs me around in circles with the same questions. I'm tired of it and decided to request a refund.

sorry to hear that the DLC content is missing when you own Gold or Ultimate edition of the game.

While we are looking into this further, would be able to let me know if you happened to have played the game on Ubisoft+ before obtaining the game on Steam?

Can you let me know if you have completed the ''The Gunsmith'' quest.? Once you completed that quest, you should be able to access the WIld Card DLC and other content should also be available for you then. You can access the Story Pack from the living space of the Trailblazer, and that can be accessed by selecting "Access Terminal" at the table to pick up the quest.

Why would I do that?
Spend a few more hours playing the game and not get the money back?
Let ubisoft activate all DLC on my STEAM account, not ubiconnect. I bought the game here, not in your store.

I havent played it on ubisoft+ too.

But the content is not "activated" on steam. cant download the artbook too :)

Same problem, and i see it isnt fixed yet, and that Ubisoft is ignoring the problem, i am goimg to refund the game.

Thats the missing DLCs were missing in Steam. With the ultimate edition, we bought all of them, but they are not showing up. Also the artbook is not showing up
