Report a translation problem
1. Go into the install folder where Steam installed Star Wars Outlaws.
2. Right click on Outlaws.exe
3. Click Properties
4. Then go to the compatability tab
5. Check RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and click apply NOTE: I actually had to do this same exact thing for Avatar Frontiers of Pandora when I bought it on Steam as well.
6. Once I did that, I started the game by double clicking the Outlaws.exe file in the in the Steam installation folder.
7. Once in game it connected the game through my Ubisoft Connect account.
8. I then exited the game.
9. And was then able to start it through Steam Just fine after these steps.

For anyone else and future reference: When linking Steam and Ubisoft accounts, both launchers will need admin permissions.
