Save file from Ubisoft+ sub

I was thinking of getting the game on steam I canceled my ubi+ sub last month, is it possible to use that save for this steam version when it comes out?

depends if you want ubi points or steam points, also steam, wel its just beter and prob a sale when comes on steam, whould be stupid not to, no hype posible at ful price

Yes.
I played it a bit with a month of Ubisoft+, and now waiting to buy it full on Steam.
Ubisoft does do quite a bit of sales on their own platform, but I just like to have it on Steam as well :)

Hey folks,

Just to confirm officially if your save is uploaded to the cloud it should be accessible on all platforms, as long as you log in with the same Ubisoft account. This article[www.ubisoft.com] confirms this as well. Thanks!

Well my save file isnt there!! I last played in August, I uninstalled from Ubi Launcher; bought the version from steam installed it and do not see my save files.

So I bet now you're wondering if my Steam Account + Ubi account are connected/same? Heck if I know lol

When I hit Play for first time on Steam I didnt have to re sign into Ubi; so I'm assuming its good.

I did find the save files but Steam doesnt recognize it

Bahh!! So I'm thinking I have to uninstall Outlaws from Steam, install Outlaws from UbiConnect, upload the save then uninstall from Ubi; then re install from Steam

Sorry to hear it you are missing a save file in Star Wars Outlaws.

I don't think you need to uninstall the Steam version to upload the Ubisoft Connect version file to the cloud. Install it along the Steam version and when done, uninstall it - unless you do not have enough space on your storage device for both versions.

Let us know if you manage to resolve it.

I did what I said. Uninstalled Steam reinstalled via Ubi client...

Anyways i got my save file. While i only played 9hrs; at least i can continue
