You're wrong. It launched as a 7/10, and the Steam release will include 4 major post launch updates + story DLC. Perfect time to play as everyone was probably waiting for the Steam release anyway.

In other words, even at day 0 it was already way better than what you're describing. Steam version will be even better, maybe a 8/10 or 9/10 now.
