If you have Windows 11 24H2 you will not be able to play

Right now game crashes on Ubisoft launcher with Windows 11 24H2. If they dont fix it on steam launch day expect many disappointed people and bad reviews. Im still waiting for a patch to be able to play.

Every other major release works fine. You CAN blame Ubisoft when the only two games constantly crashing to desktop are Outlaws and Avatar, both using the new version of the Snowdrop graphics engine. And you can give them a little extra blame for this problem being reported months ago and still not being fixed.

It is a buggy mess even with a rtx 4070 it still crashes to desktop in less than a few minutes, avatar does the same to pretend it's not a 24h2 snowdrop issue is very naive.

I'm an editor and DURING AN EDIT, it forced a restart, totally breaking explorer and forcing a four hour break to fix the PC to uninstall the update. This was when updates were already blocked on this computer. Insane stuff. This update has been my final push to move entirely to linux when all my jobs are free.
