A Huge Help if you're late to the party & Scratching your head why you're getting Ridiclously low FPS

I was Bummed when i launch this game with huge anticipation only to find it hard to navigate the right Graphic Settings / Playability combo.

I'll keep this short My Rig is Nothing to high end but definitely able to run this on high if not some of the highest settings enabled,

Specs:
Intel Core i7-14700K
32.GB of Crucial Ram
Nvidia RTX 4070 Super

I found this to be slightly true once going down the list of clicking things on the advanced graphics settings. What I didn't know was one would sink your fps into the 20fps and below espeically at the early mission on the Speeder.

The setting you want to be on the look out for is the one labelled "RTX Direct Lighting." Turn that off. That tech is still in infant stage and it'll cost you playability points at the moment.

Cool, I just upgraded my speeder was wondering why all a sudden getting choppy. Really *issing me off.

LOL but also I'm running a 1080 and plan to get the upgrade graphics card to at least 3050. I also have problems with Dead Space remastered. Crashes all the time ever time at the final boss defeat.

I just started this for the first time today and was losing my mind trying to figure out why using all the recommended settings for my 4080 wasn't working, then I made the one important change:

Don't use borderless window. That caused constant lag in-game for me, when I switched to dedicated fullscreen everything turned smooth as butter.
