Speeder more / walking less Video Artifacts AMD GPU - EXTENDED TESTING
I have done some extensive testing, and i have played this game on a magnitude of systems, that had AMD newer cards / legacy, and Nvidia RTX / non and i noticed there is an issue that can occur with legacy amd video cards, the game is very playable with some, but there is an artifact i notice that can happen with planets involving the skydome, by default of on lower settings this is disabled, but if you enable it, it makes a skydome off world, or a flickering artifact transparency or flashing glitch will happen, now the artifacting will stop, while running or on a speeder, but you see large planet off in the distance that will constantly flicker, now this actually made me sick looking at it.. anyways, i wanted to point out, that the SKYDOME, setting in the graphics cfg file, enabled or disabled, seems to be the catalyst to artifacting with AMD legacy cards. So again to final up my talk about this, i enable Skydome on legacy amd cards, or lowvram cards the big gray artifacting boxes / lines dont show up, but a FLASHING flickering planet in the sky.. i turn it off and box gray artifacting issue occur, Systems tested, AMD ryzen 5 / AMD ryzen 7 processors, both machinces 32g memory, nvme 2ghd AMD video cards, Legacy RX 570 8g - artifacting game played fine 30fps / 60 AMD Radeon RX 6800, 60fps / little artifacting, issue as explained above but not all the time like the legacy card / Nvidia RTX 3080 / also geforce now - no artifact but i seen performance dips messing with volumetric clouds, and sky settings.

my entire point of this, it may work with higher end cards fine, but if lower end cards, that can play the game fine, this issue, there is a bigger issue here, i think the developers should at least look into it, or make it so you can turn off volumetric clouds, or skybox, sky details entirely. so lower end pcs can play the game.

would also like to note, this only happens in the open world, and not inside buildings performance and interior world settings dont have any issues, with artifacting.
