Video games used to be a break from all the bull$#it and propaganda woven into politics. Today, it's tough to find a game without it crammed in.
You just weren't bright enough to notice it.
Ubisoft are in deep financial trouble, their stock has drop precipitously and they’ve been looking for a buyer.
I started detaching from playing video games back in the SNES era. Most Atari 2600 games and many NES games didn't have the slop garbage we see now. Even early pc games like System Shock were about discovery, exploration and fun rather than political propaganda.
Turn off the tv to go play a game to relax and it's identical slop with different fictional people. Not going to pay for that. I get why people on steam are so angry all the time.
Back in the day we didn't have luminaries like Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan to tell us that phantasy star 2 was woke climate change propaganda.
System Shock wasn't? HAAAAAAAAAAAHHAHAHAHAH what a moron.
Stocks are not coffers.
