Can anyone tell me how to remove the black bars at the top and bottom during in-game dialogues?

This setting is really annoying. Every time the game enters a dialogue or a cutscene, black bars appear at the top and bottom of the screen. I’ve been searching for a mod to remove these black bars but haven’t had any luck. I hope someone here can help me. I’d greatly appreciate it.

There should be a setting for screen scaling in cinematics, in the video tab.
